In the demo room of Antom Co., Ltd., it is possible to evaluate the performance of parts that are difficult to judge from catalogs and materials, using the demo machine of the equipment such as the characteristics and finished quality of the actual equipment.
 
We also offer a service to provide demo room space as a rental lab.
 

About demo / evaluation

Please visit us or send the product (work) to us and measure the temperature profile under the specified conditions.
In addition, we can also provide demonstrations and evaluations while connected remotely (WEB environment), so please feel free to contact us.
 
The ownership status of the demo machine is in flux, so please check in advance.
 

About the use of rental lab

We offer a paid service called “Rental Lab” that provides a reflow furnace (heating furnace) and a demo room space.
 
・ I want to do a little heating experiment, but there is no environment that can be used in-house.
・ I want to produce small quantities such as prototypes, although it is not enough to outsource.
・ I don’t have an N2 machine in my company, but I want to experiment with an N2 machine.
 
This is a service that allows customers who do not plan to purchase a reflow furnace to carry out production and experiments as needed.
 
Please feel free to contact us as we will reply if you can contact us in advance about the application you want, such as soldering (mounting), screening (heating test of parts and materials), resin curing and drying.
